History
In the 1990s, Harvard alumni from Russia had made several attempts to organize a Club in Moscow, but it was not until 2004 that Harvard Kennedy School graduates Simon Saradzhyan and David Rekhviashvili succeded in doing so.

Simon Saradzhyan became the first President of the Club, followed by HBS alum Alexander Lupachev in 2006, HBS&HKS alum Murad Sofizade in 2009, HKS alum Sergei Arkhipov in 2011, HLS alum Alexey Ivanov from 2013-15, Harvard College alum Breffney Morgan from 2018-20, HLS alum Alexander Nadmitov from 2016-18 and 2021-22, and HBS alum Gleb Biserov from 2023-24.
The incumbent president of the Harvard Club of Russia is HBS alum Mikhail Dmitriev.
